The KU Leuven Postdoc Society in a nutshell

Both in their professional and in their private lives, postdocs often experience important changes, for which the existing platforms are not always entirely adequate. To address this lacuna, KU Leuven postdocs have established a Postdoc Pillar within the existing PhD Society Leuven. The goal of the Postdoc Pillar is to identify and accommodate specific needs of postdocs at/from KU Leuven, bring them together in a relaxed atmosphere, and provide a platform to sustain a supportive community. In order to do so, the Postdoc Pillar organizes a range of activities covering academic skills, industrial career possibilities, and aspects of social interaction.
